"She is the Absolute worse Insurance Agent I ever had in my entire life! Contact her if you want the highest rates! I am a victim of Insurance fraud or her tampering with my policies! Misleading, Obnoxious, Nonchalant attitude she has playing around with my emotions and my money! "Rate increases every 3-6 months with out any tickets, accidents or changes to policy!! I was under the impression your rates were locked in for the policy period. I guess thats not how State farm works. They'll say it's a state wide increase as their excuse yet no one else's rates are increasing at other company's. Not to mention, when you call the office every couple months to find out why you were charged MORE and MORE, the woman (Jill) is extremely rude and never returns information requested in a timely manner if at all. Everyone in the office acts like it's a burden to them that you're calling to wonder why they keep charging so much. " We've had this conversation before" in a nasty tone is what I've gotten on multiple occasions. I finally decided to shop around since I have 800+ credit score, no accidents or tickets ever and I'm soo glad I did. I was able to save over $1000 a year for both cars by going with another company. As you can see in the screen shot rate increases for just the last 6-8months. May's rate increase would have put me to OVER $200. Never again with State farm..."
